1977 BENTLEY T2

BENTLEY T2
Year: 1977
A Beautifully Preserved Example of Classic 1970s Luxury
Finished in elegant Larch Green metallic, this exquisite example was trimmed in Gold Parkertex velvet with contrasting green hide welting and deep green carpets. The sumptuous cabin was further enhanced by beautifully figured Burr Walnut veneers, creating a truly period-correct Rolls-Royce interior ambience.
Originally a special order through Hadley Green Garage, the car was delivered to its first owner in November 1977, passed to its second custodian in November 1979, and finally to its third long-term owner in December 1980, who cherished the car for over four decades and covered just 27,900 miles.
We at RR&B Garages have known the car since 2004, when we carried out a full service, hydraulic overhaul, and a high-quality coachwork repaint to return the vehicle to an outstanding standard.
Lovingly kept in a heated garage and used only sparingly ever since, the car remained in excellent order and, prior to sale, was fully recommissioned with a major service, hydraulic system overhaul, ACU service, and new tyres, ensuring it was ready to be enjoyed once more by a new owner.
While the original Parkertex interior was a rare and costly option at the time, we noted increasing interest from buyers requesting a leather re-trim — a bespoke service we were pleased to offer for future clients.
This remarkable car was sold to a discerning new custodian and, like all of our handpicked examples, was prepared and delivered with the utmost care and attention to detail.
