ROLLS-ROYCE SILVER SPIRIT IV
Year: 1996
An Immaculate Final Series Example in Striking Wildberry
This exceptional Silver Spirit was far from an ordinary example of its kind.
Finished in rare and elegant Wildberry Mica Metallic, it featured a beautifully appointed interior trimmed in Sandstone hide piped in Wildberry, with a contrasting Wildberry top roll, Wildberry carpets, and lambswool over-rugs. The cabin was further enhanced by finely polished Burr Walnut veneers with Boxwood inlay, showcasing the craftsmanship and detail expected of a late-series Rolls-Royce.
One of just 114 right-hand-drive Final Series Silver Spirits ever built, this model benefitted from a number of key refinements over earlier cars, including the superior 4-speed GM automatic transmission, offering a noticeably smoother and more responsive driving experience.
Supplied new by P&A Wood, who also maintained the car for its first owner, it passed to its second custodian in 2014 and then to its third in 2019. For the past two owners, the car was entrusted to RR&B Garages, where it received regular servicing and expert care to the highest standards.
By the time of sale, the car had covered 59,319 miles, supported by a comprehensive and impeccable service history. The condition — both mechanically and cosmetically — was nothing short of outstanding. It was widely regarded as one of the finest examples of its type available, offering an effortless and refined driving experience.
Prepared and delivered with our customary attention to detail, this remarkable Silver Spirit was acquired by a new owner who recognised its rarity, provenance, and exceptional condition.
